-There is no charge to enter the fairgrounds, this fee is for all grandstand events-

To ensure a safe and enjoyable time at the festival, visitors are reminded that rude, inconsiderate and/or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Disruptive individuals will be removed from the festival grounds and banned from future festival events. No alcohol permitted on the grounds.
